◎ Nation

Reverend Father Thong Suttasilo was born on August 31, 1949. His father’s name was Mr. Bua Klaan and his mother’s name was Mrs. Phu Klaan, originally residing in Non Sung village, Wang Hin Subdistrict, Prathai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.

◎ Primary

Luang Pho Thong, he said.. He was born unfortunate, his parents separated, had to live with his father and mother (grandparents) living with an older sister named Nang Boonta (deceased), later her mother died. I have relied on since childhood. Good at Ta Tiang and Grandma Thiam. Giving love to both grandchildren. Childhood is not as fun as children of the same age. Must farm and raise buffalo. Help grandfather and grandmother who are old. One day when Luang Por Mischievously went up to play on the branches of a tree, then broke down and hit the kanna, his head shattered into scars today. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

After finishing Grade 4 from Wat Ban Non Sung School, Wang Hin Subdistrict, Prathai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, Luang Por Thong had to wander along with Aunt Bao (mother’s brother) to work as a general worker, either farming or harvesting, earning daily wages. 5 baht to spend as a family to earn extra income because the parents are old, but the hardest time in life was to follow the villagers to hire firewood at Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province ( Burning charcoal to sell to capitalists) At that time, they had to live and eat like a star. They had to sign rice, chili or salted mackerel to eat. When it was time to sell firewood and burn charcoal, they deducted the money. Hiring to cut firewood and burn the charcoal at that time, Luang Father Thong fell ill with thrush (malaria). He was sent to Korat for treatment. When he recovered, he went to work to take care of a mango orchard for his boss at Hua Thale (near the Chinese Cemetery, Nakhon Ratchasima Province).

When he was 21 years old, he passed the military service, got a black card, decided to ordain to pay respect to his parents (even though he had passed away), but the problem was that he didn’t even have money to buy good robes that his boss’s relatives were. The teacher at Ratchasima Wittayalai School hosted the purchase of ordination equipment for him, saying that this merit, he never forgot to remember even the descendants of the benefactor.

◎ Ordination

Reverend Father Thong attended the ordination ceremony at Wat Sa Kaeo, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, when he was 22 years old in 1971. Luang Por Thong Suthasilo came to be ordained at Wat Sri Kaew, Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 1971 while There was Luang Por Thaew as the abbot of the temple, and Luang Por Koon as the son of the temple. Luang Pho Koon saw Luang Pho Thong as a good-natured monk, quiet, rarely spoke, had a gentle humility, was a well-mannered monk, and had a good intention. Having done a lot of work, Luang Por Koon has passed on the subjects and spells, including the inscription of various characters in the Takrud and the Yant, so they have been counted as disciples since then. Wherever Luang Por Koon goes, he will take Luang Pho Thong with him. Luang Phor Koon’s disciples exist all over the country, but the one who transfers the subject to and accepts him as a major disciple is “Luang Por Thong Suttasilo”

Later, in 1974, Luang Por Koon saw that “Luang Por Thong Sutthasilo” should be able to bring out the knowledge that has been used for service and therefore invited him to consecrate the coin of Luang Por Koon. Year B.E. 1974”, at present, this coin of Luang Por Koon in the year 1974 is very much appreciated by the devotees.

Reverend Father Khun Parisuttho and Reverend Father Thong Suthasilo

“Luang Por Thong Suthasilo” is the amulet that Luang Por Koon trusts the most. Until 1990, Luang Por Koon saw that Wat Phra Phutthabat Khao Yai Hom, Na Yang Klak Subdistrict, Thep Sathit District, Chaiyaphum Province was a smooth temple. Peaceful and peaceful, suitable for meditation and meditation, therefore, Luang Por Thong was sent to spend the Buddhist Lent at Wat Phra Phutthabat Khao Yai Hom, and Luang Por Koon also asked his students to bury the Golden Takrut, the Tone Takrut, and the Robe Takrut. Have Luang Por Thong engrave the characters on the top of Wat Phra Phutthabat Khao Yai Hom until the present.

◎ Are the monks magical or not magical, where do they measure?

Luang Pho Thong, he said.. Let’s see why the monks created in the old days are so magical, because the creators had the intention of being “honest”. They created the monks with faith. Each time the monks were created, there was an important agenda. The intention of creation was mostly for distribution. These disciples or people who came to make merit were not built for commercial or commercial purposes like today.

The number of creations was not much, but was sufficient, but was distributed or left for the temple to make merit a little (who came to make merit, received the remaining coins from distribution on the occasion or important event of the coin making)

When he asked Luang Por Thong about the construction of sacred objects that came out from time to time, Luang Por Thong said that although they were not allowed to build them, when they brought them to be consecrated, they had to consecrate them with kindness. I don’t understand, but Luang Por Thong created an amulet, which at this point is up to people to understand. We can’t go and stop him. As for the consecration, Luang Por Thong will focus on mercy because if people have mercy on each other, everything will be fine. No need to. It’s easy to get hurt and approach others.

When asked about group consecration and single consecration, which one is more magical, he said that consecrated consecration is like monks going to ordaining in a church, with many monks helping to pray and becoming a monk, whereas solo consecration is like ordination. Rama gradually practiced it before becoming a monk, but it all depends on how good the person who carried it was.

When he asked Luang Phor Thong what kind of consecration he liked, he said that he liked the Puttapisek ceremony, that is, the monks came to pray various Buddhist incantations to ask for the majesty of the sacred things, to help enlighten the alchemy in that sacred object. Inviting monks to join the consecration ceremony, he said that it was not necessary. In the past, he still conjures only one body (this is the view that I have heard from Luang Por Thong’s mouth, who would like to convey it to me together)

This kind of matter is difficult to understand. Difficult to measure. It depends on each person’s beliefs. I have to deal with hardships too. Writing a story like this, but I need to write it in order to spread it as a lecture. (I have been attacked too when leading The story of the experience in the sacred objects of Luang Por Thong told me, even though I wrote a warning that please listen with discretion.)

Regarding the request for prestige, I used to ask Luang Por Thong why he did not ask for the prestige of Luang Por Thong Koon to help consecrate the Takrut that he made (like that he wanted more amulet). Luang Por Thong replied that I also studied. Come too. If you are not confident, don’t make a coin. As for which one you want to ask for, help conjure it up. He said “Chat Suea doesn’t ask for meat to eat”, which is the words of Luang Por Thong. He told it in the middle of B.E. 2011

◎ Legend of Buddha’s Footprint Khao Yai Hom

Buddha Footprint Khao Yai Hom, formerly known as Khao Yai Heen Buddha Footprint, has been renamed since 1957. Khao Yai Hom Buddha Footprint is located in Na Yang Klak District, Thep Sathit District, Chaiyaphum Province. In 1949, Phrakhru Manoonchaikit took monks and novices for a pilgrimage to Na Yangklak Sub-district and met a 70-year-old Taunt and Mr. Mi, a 35-year-old villager from Ban Wang Ta Thao, to pay their respects. Saying that, on the top of Grandmother’s Mountain, there was a large footprint, while Nai Mee confirmed that his mother had told him that when Mr. Mee’s grandmother was still small, he followed the elders up to Grandma’s Peak. Smelly, saw the footprints of a large man on the stone beside the golden furnace, a very large footprint.

Later, there were villagers (ancient Mon people) who came to cook, went up and down the mountain often, saw elephants collecting flowers and put flowers in this area often, so they searched until they found the big man’s footprints. Government agencies came to see them making it difficult for them to make a living here, so they smashed their footprints, set them on fire, and planted the Salakdai trees to hide them from anyone’s sight.

Later, in 1950, Phrakhru Manoonchaikit learned about the footprint of the Buddha on Khao Yai Kham, which had a textbook sent to Phrakhru Phinit Samanawat (Khong Chaliwan), the clergyman of Bamnet Narong District, Wat Petch. Phoomsuwan at that time and had called for a meeting of relatives of Yom Ban Chuan, Ban Wang Sema, and Square District, to explore and search until they found the Buddha’s footprint, the fingers of the left side of the feet and the fingertips being evenly smooth, turning the fingertips of the feet towards the southeast. Venerable Phra Kru Phinit Samanawat (Khong Chaliwan) Measured length 180 centimeters, width 75 centimeters, depth 45 centimeters, the shape of the footprint stone is red, the left side is broken along the crotch of the feet.

Phrakru Phinit Samanawat, therefore, together with his relatives in Khwae Yai and Bamnet Narong districts, made a path enough to be a road for going up and down, and raised this place to be Wat Phra Phutthabat, Khao Yai Kham, reserved a territory of 100 lines wide and 100 long. The line has an area of about 10,000 rai. When the road was completed, they joined to make merit with their relatives by organizing the annual worship of the Buddha’s footprint, which falls on the 11th day of the waxing moon until the 15th full moon of the 3rd lunar month, which falls on the Makha Bucha Day of every person. year

Mae Chee Ram Kwanta, Wat Phra Phutthabat, Khao Yai Hom, told me that on August 31 of every year, the disciples of Luang Pho Thong, near and far in every direction, will come to make merit on the occasion of Luang Pho Thong’s birthday, and on August 31, B.E. .2012 The committee of Wat Phra Phutthabat Khao Yai Hom has performed a ceremony for the first batch of medals, the first full amulet, Luang Por Thong Suthasilo, and is the 63rd birthday of Luang Por Thong Sirindhorn. General Sermsak Wisetchaisri, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister for Security, was the chairman of the event.

At present, Reverend Father Thong Suthasilo has returned to practice Dharma at Ban Rai Temple, following in the footsteps of his teacher, Luang Por Koon Parisuttho, who was 71 years old, 49 years old (B.E. 2020).
